This agreement is between Cheetos Foundation and the adopter named below. Please fill in all fields before signing. Both parties retain a signed copy.

Terms & Conditions
The adopter agrees to provide the animal with adequate food, clean water, shelter, and veterinary care for the animal's entire natural life.
The adopter agrees not to abandon, resell, give away, or surrender the animal to any third party without first contacting Cheetos Foundation at the number/email above. Cheetos Foundation retains the right of return.
The adopter agrees to have the animal sterilised if not already done, before the animal reaches 6 months of age, and to provide proof of sterilisation to Cheetos Foundation.
The adopter agrees to keep the animal's vaccination record up to date with annual boosters and to present vaccination certificates on request.
The adopter acknowledges that Cheetos Foundation may conduct a home visit or follow-up call within the first 3 months of adoption to ensure the animal's wellbeing.
The adopter agrees not to declaw the animal (if a cat) or subject the animal to any procedure that causes unnecessary suffering.
If the adopter is unable to continue caring for the animal for any reason, the adopter must return the animal to Cheetos Foundation rather than surrendering it elsewhere.
Cheetos Foundation is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the animal after the date of adoption.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be settled amicably, with Cheetos Foundation's decision being final in matters of animal welfare.

By signing above, both parties confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Adoption Agreement. This document is legally binding under Indian law.
